Combine cheese, chili and chiles in a saucepan or fondue pot. Heat over medium-low, stirring frequently, until the cheese melts. Chilli paneer is a popular Indo-Chinese starter made by seasoning fried Indian cottage cheese aka paneer in chilli sauce. Cream cheese, salsa, chili and Cheddar cheese are layered and baked until hot and bubbling.

Instructions to make Cheese Chilli :

  1. In a kadhai add oil and onion, capsicum.cook for a minute..
  2. Then add fried paneer..
  3. In a bowl add corn flour,all spices and sauces.add water,food colour.mix well..
  4. Pour this mixture into kadhai.stir it.cook for five minutes at medium flame..
  5. Cheese Chilli is ready to serve..
  6. Serve hot..
