  2. Get 1/2 cup of poha.
  3. Get 2 tsp of fried peanuts.
  4. Take 10-12 of curry leaves.
  5. Prepare 2 tsp of oil.
  6. Get 1/2 tsp of Chana dal.
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp of Turmeric power.
  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp of Chaat masala.
  10. Get of Salt as per taste.

  2. Add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Chaat masala and saute for few seconds. Keep the flame low..
  3. Add murmura and poha and mix well..
  4. Add fried peanuts and salt. Mix well..
  5. Tea time murmura snack is ready to eat.. ENJOY!!!.

Murmura Chivda ~ Puffed rice snack I am a huge fan of Muri mixture that is sold by bajjiwalas (vendors) along the Vizag beach road. I am talking about the masala murmura which is prepared with chopped onions, tomatoes, chili powder, peanuts, coriander leaves and a dash of lemon juice.
