  3. Now add the chopped ridge gourd. Stir cover and cook at low medium flame for 15-20 min.Now add the wadi cook for 2 min.Turn off the flame.Transfer it in a serving bowl garnishing with coriander leaves..
  4. DAAL—-Heat ghee in a pan. Add hing, mustard seeds and cumin seeds.when they sputter add salt turmeric powder and red chilli powder add tuar daal mix it well. Add water as per requirement cook it for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice.put ghee and serve with Rice and chapatis..
